The predecessor of Jiangsu CDSR Technology Co.,Ltd. was Danyang Ship Rubber Factory, which was founded in 1971. It is a technological enterprise with more than 40 years of experience in rubber technology development and production. The company's own brand is CDSR, which is also an acronym for China Danyang Ship Rubber. It is located in Danyang City, a small and scenic city in the south of Jiangsu Province. The enterprise covers an area of 80,000 square meters, and has more than 170 employees, including senior management and 32 technicians.

It mainly produces CDSR dredging hoses, Offshore oil hoses, quakeproof rubber support, rubber fenders and other rubber products. Floating dredging hoses, armoured self-floating hoses and offshore oil hoses originated in domestic market, and have applied for multiple patents. After being introduced to home and abroad markets, to have won unanimous praise from customers.
